Sneha Kapoor

Dance is not just a form of art or a performance. It is the realisation of what our heart perceives of a musical narrative. Dancers are not just to be nurtured but cultivated progressively into the form of powerful performers, that learn to subtly provide context and convey meaning to the pieces they highlight.

Sneha Kapoor, our choreographer, remarks, “When students are on the dance floor, they are selflessly communicating through their grace and posture. They are nothing but satisfying their urge to exploit the dance floor, allowing themselves to give in to their passions and expressing themselves with explosive and rhythmic energy.”

Sneha, has been an instructor with Shiamak Davar’s Institute for the Performing Arts and conducted extensive classes in various dance types, including, Bollywood, Jazz, Hip-Hop, Contemporary, Afro-Jazz, Indo-Jazz, Salsa, Modern, Funk, etc.

In addition, she has not only been an Assistant Choreographer to Pappu-Mallu, but has also assisted Harshall-Vithall and Pratap Shetty for Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s ‘Saawariya’. Sneha has achieved the best out of her earliest stages and is looking forward to attain the glorious heights of popularity and honour.

She has worked on dance routines with Kareena Kapoor, Malaika Arora, Urmila, Neha Dhupia, Bipasha Basu, Yana Gupta, Amrita Arora, Amrita Rao and Kim Sharma, amongst others.

She has performed for choreographers like Geeta Kapoor, Harshall-Vithall, Pappu-Mallu, Swaroop, Gaysil Noronha and Pratap Shetty.

Finally on a good note we want to quote, “Dance sees no boundaries of age, sex and colour. What one requires is the rhythm in their life.”
