Film & TV Acting

The Acting curriculum is designed to prepare students for film, television, theatre or voice-over work. Through lectures, workshops, extensive scene study, improvisation, monologues, plays and works on students' film projects, the actors master an impressive array of skills. Acting is an intimate medium where emotions must be credible in close up. The Acting course enables Drama students to fully develop their acting skills in an intensive yet supportive environment. The course trains students to face the camera with confidence and portray a character with conviction. Students will explore ways an actor can believably inhabit a role, be it for advertisements, film, soap opera or television; and will get to test their skills in a live shooting environment, which they can keep as their demo reels. The students are also taught how to tackle auditions successfully.

Our Aim is to prepare students for
  1. Acting roles in Film and Television.
  2. Positions with in the industry where an understanding of the concepts and practicalities of acting will enhance their performance.
  3. To foster personal development including self confidence, communication skills interdependence, creative thinking, self motivation, commitment and focus of energy.

  • Acting Exercise for Camera.
  • Solo Performance.

Our course provides total focus on and immersion training in the unique skills and techniques required for acting for film and television.
No two actor are the same the courses guarantees each student individual attention on their personal needs. Our tutors and guest tutors for specialised areas – have the opportunities to focus on each actor encouraging then to enhance their strength and helping them work through weaknesses with constructive criticism.

ELIGIBILITY : Minimum Eligibility is 10th Pass or Equivalent levels of Education.
